Pretty good, I think a little more corruption or muffled effect should be added. And personally don't say it so aggressive. Make it calm, and slow. He sounds creepier that way.
Idk what version of his voice i like more. The og, which is closer to normal eggman's voice, but slightly more crazed sounding... This version, which makes him sound more beast-like, and makes him sound more intimidating and more like a predator... Or the another depiction of his voice I've heard, which sounds more squeaky and scratchy, as if he has burned and worn down his throat and vocal cords from eating so much, or even just from how the mobian meat is affecting his body and making him rot from the inside out. It's the most realistic and creepy version of his voice and i feel like it suits his uncanny appearance more. Although this one also kinda fits his attitude and goes along well with his desire for sonic, like a predator.
people forget that starved eggman is just normal eggman, same voice and everything, without lips my mans isnt supposed to sound like a space invader 😭 this voice would be cool if he WAS an abnormal being though
Starved isn’t really evil. It’s not like he is some kind of cannibal, he eats Mobians. He eats animal meat just like the rest of us, that is if animals were as sentient as us.
Starved eggman reminds me of Michael afton and eyeless jack because for Michael afton he is rotten like starved eggman and as eyeless jack he eats living thing out people like starved eggman well except that starved eggman is not a cannibal he's eating animals and plus eyeless jack has no eyes only dark black eyes like starved eggman
