Behind that huge, imposing front door of Starward is much good whisky-making. I did the tour some years ago and I remain convinced that their fermentation and distillation are top notch. The only bottling I had trouble with was the ginger beer cask one: a real hoot, but totally over the top as a whisky.

I won a bottle of this Bourbon Cask whisky from an online draw. I am yet to open it. When can we expect a full review from you on this whisky Wade? Starward looks like an amazing distillery + tasing rooms and dining all in a thoroughly modern and classy package. On my bucket list to visit. Nice vid!!
