See! I always tell people you can change your mind as many times as you want it is part of the creative process and the end project is what matters. Look at that green leaf plate...love love, because you changed your mind. That piece is what having a creative mind with changing processes is all about🥰
I hope you enjoy today's flips!!! There are chapters included in today's video so you can jump to the project you want to see if you would like! I'm hoping to add this feature to my past videos. Products will be listed on my website soon!
Hey Natalie, I loved all your projects today. But what I think I loved most was the 2 girls on the wood canvases. I’m a retired school counselor and worked for a few years in a similar environment before moving to another school. I can just hear in your voice the love you have for your students. Thank you for honoring them through your art. I just know they will enjoy your new additions to your room. I hope you have a blessed school year and I know you will be making a difference in their lives. I miss those special relationships you form with your students. But as a Grammy now, I’m enjoying those moments with my grandchildren that will last a lifetime. Have a fabulous weekend. 💕💕💕
Myra, I knew we were connected somehow beyond crafting! 💕💕💕Your words mean so much to me. Thank you 😊 ❤️ I absolutely LOVE working with my students. From 2019 until this past school year I moved to a preschool setting to accommodate the schedule I needed for my own kids. But this elementary school has my heart. I’ve been there 10 years collectively and am so excited to return this fall. ❤️🐧(Penguins are our mascot) 💕
@@SparksofJoyStudio I will definitely be praying for you as you walk through this year. Yes, we are kindred spirits. It’s so hard to describe how much you love the children you did not birth. Once my daughter (as a teenager, of course😂) told me I loved my students more than her. And you know, sometimes I did. Because, they needed me to love them that much. I can’t tell you how many kids over the years I wanted to take home and raise myself. Just the mention of some of their names brings back the best memories. Sometimes the memories are so heartbreaking but sweet because of the bond I had with them. Gosh, even writing about it brings tears to my eyes. I’m thankful for all those years and wouldn’t take a million dollars for that time. We don’t need to write a book about everything we have seen and heard. Those memories are written on our hearts. Keep creating because that’s where we lose ourselves when the stories get hard. And telling your kiddos about your art gives them encouragement and lets them know how much they mean to you. You are making a difference that will last a lifetime and beyond💕💕💕
