There's no way the higher waves are 2030. The legend lost sector is 2030 and I get shredded being the same light level as you with a similar build using icefalls. They just made it into a pvp exotic now. I'm seeing it more and more in crucible youtuber's videos. It was better before because you were actually a tank. Now it's just an easier way to have frost armor, which isn't bad, but is no different than a build with high stasis shard creation and diamond lance slams. The healing is negligible when you are taking twice or even three times the damage you are healing. It is just not an exotic for the hardest content anymore. This is from someone who soloed gms with it before revenant.
