I hope that you can keep some sort of memory from a dead survivor, it didnt seem to matter when someone in your camp died in SOD2, not even a gravestone in the back with their name, so to impliment this into SOD3 could be interesting i liked the shrine idea at the end, I wonder if this is actually a feature planned and a main part of SOD3 to keep their memories and sacrifices meaningful, could be interesting

Hope theres a city map CLEO makes a come back cleo weapon designs from the first game They do something with Lilly or Sasquatch No hand holding like the 2nd game did during launch can we get some freaks with different looks or maybe throw in a female version. can we get a more rugged UI like the first game. more journal looking and rustic feel. maybe change later when we upgrade through the base building. cant wait for some gameplay.

This is the only thing worth playing out of everything that was shown and still no date reveal, Legit Im going to die of old age by the time this is released.

I'm just hoping no one jumps the gun and make it a live service game and they tick to regular single player / coop game but actually improve upon their previous game not just in graphics

This trailer has got me all messed up!!! I’m sooooo ready for SOD3. SOD2 is literally my favorite game.

I like how they referenced getting on top of the van to be safe but not driving in reverse to not damage your car lol

I remember the trailer that showed off a lady in a winter forest, and there was a deer eating a wolf, indicating it was infected. I am hoping UndeadLabs will expand on the infected, and considering what we saw at 1:38, it looks like U.L. is gonna most likely add more enemy types. I’m hoping we will get wildlife in the game. Like maybe coyotes, deer, wolves, and maybe raccoons that can either be normal or infected, because they can be a food source, and an enemy at the same time, which would be cool. Overall, despite the flaws State of Decay 2 had, with the updates that made it better, I’m overall excited to see what the third installment has to offer. I hope we’ll be able to barricade windows, because we were never able to do it in the second, despite having the ability to do it in the first.

I really hope for a larger map than the first games with a large urban city to explore and search for ressources and supplies. And then many smaller towns and rural areas where you will establish your base and so on. The city is a high risk setting but can offer large rewards. Something like that

Not gonna lie this is disappointing , what they showed us 4 years ago gave us the impression that this game is going to be different compared to the previous ones, with a darker atmosphere, more solitude, camping out in the wilderness, zombie deer. What this trailer showed is the exact same game we've played before twice.

Huge 180 from the first trailer. Still excited, but disappointed that the zombified deer didnt play a role, and that the winter idea seemed to be scrapped. Those were the two parts I was most excited for besides base game improvements.

Would be nice if they add a character pool (like XCOM 2) to create custom characters/customization (other then clothes and hats) but also have premade characters for the people that don’t want to make custom characters it would be the best of both worlds for the people that want to make custom characters so their games can be more memorable and their group could be more meaningful and for the ones that don’t want to bother with customization doesn’t have to

They always have to shove that flag in our faces, even on a zombie/apocalypse game where not a single human (in that universe) would ever care about politics. Gaming is truly ruined forever. Sweet Baby Inc is EVERYWHERE these days...

What I would like to see in State of Decay 3 is sense in State of Decay 2 you have a doctors that are working on serums and stuff if they're going to have zombified animals if there's any way to like rescue a wolf or something and make a companion to go on maneuvers that would be awesome

State of Decay 1 and 2 were the zombie survival games I've played the most in my life. I hope the wait doesn't take much longer.

I'd love if they expand on the base building aspect. I want to build anywhere and not restricted to a certain plop. I always dream of a State of Decay game with Project Zomboid level of mechanics, but I don't think anyone is going to make that game anytime soon.

I want so bad a mode where you play as one character only, worrying about your survival as an individual and not being attached to a base, a mode where you can wander and live day by day on your own.

I know it probably won't happen, but it would be cool to get some confirmation on what happened to Marcus, Ed, and Maya after SOD1, seeing as how we don't really know much after they left the valley. I'm not asking for them to show up, as much as i would like that, more so just to get some answers.

SO EXCITED ngl i didn't know there was a trailer for the 3rd game years ago, I've been happily playing SOD2 since release and SOD1 since launch. maybe my favorite sandboxy game series.

I mean I guess it's cool but in what way is it any different from state of decay 2?

I’ve played a lot of State of Decay, sometime you see a survivor surrounded by a horde in lethal and it is in fact not worth it to save them. It’s also my fault for pulling up the blood van and making an enclave fight a juggernaut while I watch

I hope that when we claim an outpost, the outpost actually gets kind of cleaned up

Not gonna lie, this trailer is pretty boss! But those character models look sus. They're giving me heavy DEI vibes. And the fact that they killed off my home boy melee dude (who appears to be the only white male)... Mmmh, I dunno. I dunno man. As long as they include an option to make our own characters, with some more Roleplaying elements, like the ability to choose our skills, and such... I'll be satisfied!

My two biggest wishes are create a character and more specific game sliders. 🙏🤝

I am so ready for this game. 2 was good, and I still play it sometimes, but 3 is looking to be great. Just wish we weren't on year... 4? 5? since I saw the 1st trailer with no release
