I had seen many vineyards in Europe and US. But I had never seen a vineyard like this. The planning and construction are simply amazing. Bravo to all the people involved to make this a truly unique place. One can only dream. Thank you.
Watching your development over the years continues to impress me. First it was your delivery, then the filming/editing. and then the actual data you were conveying. What I enjoy now is that now you seem to assess the property for its best qualities and the video reflects what percent of the value it holds. For instance, if you see that the gardens reflect 40% of the value, then the gardens will get 40% of the air time of the video, something like that. As I have said before, the skills you are growing will apply to many other ventures. Your interest is in real-estate, but what you are growing is your mind, your thinking. That is a rare commodity that could thrive in any industry. (I am a Neuropsychiatrist. At work, I have to watch smart people loose their skills. Seeing someone continually gain skills is delightful.)
The winery looks as if it has been there for centuries. This is what quality craftsmanship and vision will produce. It blends in seamlessly with the environment and with the main villa. I would imagine the wine produced must have incredible mineral content thanks to the ancient terroir. To showcase the rocks and gravel is a unique touch.

This was such an interesting video! It is fascinating to see the operation of a large wine-making and hosting facility like this. Michele's comments on the varied geology of the soil is also very interesting. I am so impressed at the architecture of the new building: the effort to mimic the historical building is so admirable; my gosh, there are even parts that simulate cloisters! Really astounding bit of architecture! Kudos to the Romolini team and Danilo for putting together this extended visit to an unusual property.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. As a business however, it would have to pay for itself and make a profit which beggers the question: Why are they selling it? No one just gives up a money making machine they can pass on to their children.
Its a beautiful property. I will consider it while I jet to Monaco tomorrow an then a quick getaway to St. Moritz. My only concern would be the ROI but Im sure other revenue streams could be imagined.
As always another wonderful video, thank you. I really wanted to love this one...but there's something strange with the look of the winery. I absolutely love the design of the buildings; however, there is a strange disconnection between the beautiful stonework and then that smooth exterior...is that plaster? The color and texture differences are just not working for me. If that exterior were turned into a uniform matching stonework, I would buy this place in a heartbeat.
