Your joy in these videos is so contagious haha, lots of hype now!! My monster kit is brown trousers that can double as a spare pair for my character too, and a plain grey tunic. Then I add a super lightweight sash or robe in the right colour for whatever monster we are playing as! I made them out of the thinnest material ever, so they fold down to about the size of a pair of socks each.

I also have to travel light, and what I'm planning to do is make a singular orc kit for monstering, then have a simple coloured cloth sash (like a pirate sash) around the waist for each clan needed. The base layer I'm going to try and keep pretty generic, then carry a small bag of interchangeable accessories to go along with the sash to make the kit seem closer to the clan I need to play at the time (Druj cape with bone trophies on it, Jotun can incorporate kit from many of the nations as they tend to emulate them, Grendel tend to wear anything brightly coloured, and jewellry, to show off their wealth). So linen shirt and trousers in neutral colours like browns and greys, a sash or hood of the colour required, then some interchangeable bits and bobs. The leather armour and weapons supplied by PD work for all of them.
