BBI was ment to create positions, some remaining in power and few selected tribes to benefit through 1vote 1shilling which was to put more money to already developed counties and reduce allocation to already marginalised counties which need development.
Stop mentioning RUTO here, some of us took our time to read the BBI and understood it, all the pleasant things found there was a sugar-coat to soo many bad things, that's why it was being forced down our throats. Most of the things therein are already in the constitution, what was lacking was implementation .

The issue of new iebc is not sufficient, it will not cure any electoral malpractices;even in 2027. The new team will still be armtwisted to favor KK,if he will still contest.
