I sometimes empathize with Osoro and his sheepish laugh coz everyday it's practically becoming difficult to defend this tone-deaf regime that's so insensitive to the plight of its citizens.

Osoro, why give fertiliser if there was drought first 7 months instead of providing water for irrigation or digging boreholes for example? Why waste the fertiliser? KK promised to renegotiate loan payment during campaigns.
