they need to make a living, and its their project as well dude. Also, Waynes estate is definitely getting their share without doing anything. @@maxerea4380
@@maxerea4380Thats exactly what Wayne would’ve wanted apparently, I’m gonna take it from the guys that were by his side for almost 20 years, I heard Wayne was one of the most down to earth and chill guys ever so I could see that
@@senseiwu6415he was. It was why he was bummed that he had to pay people who used to be his friends to play in the same band with him. It's clear now that the other members of the band wanted the limelight. Shame Wayne had to die for that to happen.
Though obviously no one's gonna beat the uniqueness and creativity of Wayne forever on the Static X's legacy. I've noticed that Edsel has a stronger vocal chords. Thumbs up to him!
Saw Static-X open for Slayer and Pantera in San Jose, California. Craziest show I've ever seen. The entire floor of the hockey arena was a mosh pit. Started as a bunch of small ones that just kept growing into one giant swirling pit.
Thank you, Xero, for keeping the Static-X alive. Sublimating yourself to keep the Wayne persona alive is a bold choice, but we seem to love it. Cheers!
Watched Satic X open for Korn in the UK some years ago, I'm a Korn fan but for me that evening, Static X were the band for me! (in fact left not long after as i'd seen Korn earlier that week at a festival & only went to see 'SX'. Been a fan ever since, such a shame Wayne has been taken from the world, we can only guess now how big they would have been... This is a cool 'riff' on the band though, great idea. 👍🤙🖖✌🤘👌🍻
Want to see this new version…seen the original band with Wayne a few times. It was soooo fucking awesome! Love Wayne love they are still going strong! Gotta see Damn it!!
My first concert that i can actually remember was static x in a small venue in 05 for start a war. I fucking loved. They played in want to fucking break it live. Ive never seen any videos of them playing that particular song live
K holy shit it's awesome they are rebuilding Wayne's legacy and I had the pleasure to see them live with Wayne and now the new vocalist I look forward seeing them soon in boston
i get to see them in about a month and a smaller local venue, and its gonna be fuckin sick \m/ Never seen Static-X and Dope, but haven seen Sevendust a few times!
The LEDs are above his eyes. There's enough of a gap in the masks eye sockets for him to see through. The camera and stage smoke makes the bright red LEDs bloom, seamlessly covering his eye slits.
Actually saw dope on their first tour with Static-X is before felons and revolutionaries even came out, they didn't seem to like static acts too much to begin with at least when I talk to him but I guess that changed since both trip and now Edsel have joined in different capacities
Helldivers! The automaton threat has spread to Super Earth in the form of one of the greatest metal bands in this millennia. You are tasked with liking the video and dropping a 500lb load of democracy in the comments!
Weird thing is Tony and Wayne had a bad argument about money disagreement before Wayne went solo with the band and died from his heart attack. Now you see Tony praying for Wayne's respect with fans.
Lots of bands fighting and don't make up before die they can make up look at Pantera. Tony hated tera...but I'm sure the alcohol and pills didn't help ease things either
@@jimmymetal713it’s weird that people are incapable of understanding that even the worst fights between friends, even cutting off people for years, if you still spent half of your fucking life with them, that still means something. Yes Tony was mad at Wayne. Wayne was mad at Tony. Even if they never reconciled they were still friends and band mates for 15 fucking years. Stop with the bullshit drama mongering I don’t care what happened to make them not cool you don’t commit to something like that for years if you don’t even enjoy the people you’re playing with. Yes they had issues. Wayne caused shit, Tony caused shit. There are multiple factors that fractured the band. It is not one cause it certainly isn’t just Tony, it wasn’t just Wayne and it definitely wasn’t Tera as much as these fucking weirdos wanna blame another relationship for a dead rockstar. Wayne was an addict with or without her. Anyone who has seen Static live knew that partying was a part of Wayne’s lifestyle throughout Static’s career. Dude used to take shots on stage and sometimes he’d burn through a whole bottle halfway through their set. It likely got worse after the reception of Machine. Which i think Wayne played a part in. Because he rushed the material because he was scared that he wouldn’t be able to follow up WDT. Bit of a self fulfilling prophecy because Machine fell short and Wayne’s takeover of the writing duties because he was impatient fractured relationships between the band. Everyone wants to talk about Tony and Tera but nobody talks about Wayne and I’m not just talking about the drugs. Wayne didn’t wanna fizzle out and I get it but you gotta understand what your band mates are going through. They saw massive success on their first album and I can understand why the rest of the band wanting to focus on touring for a bit and get used to how much their life was changing. And let’s be real. WDT would’ve held people’s attention for long enough for them to take another year to collaborate properly . Or even if Wayne had said “I’m writing new material for the album” he could have still waited before deciding to take everything into his own hands. What’s wrong with writing music on tour and holding onto it? I think the fact that Wayne’s fears were recognized and to most they never had an album that reached the level of success and critical reception as their first. And that’s the quickest recipe for an artists downfall. That level of disappointment. Add to the fact that they became a bit of a novelty band over the years and most of the people that showed up only wanted to hear the old material. Add the drugs and partying into the life of a man whose worst fears were realized album after album and you have a recipe for disaster. I think there was bad blood for multiple reasons but I believe Wayne is just as culpable to his downfall even without the decision to get more into drugs. And Wayne would have done drugs with or without Tera because he was long before they met. If you wanna blame Tera for anything blame her for inspiring Wayne to write Tera-fied
