I worked as a nurse for 38 years and like many other nurses, have a dodgy back. However I don't ever have any pain driving my Peugeot 5008. I've driven 43k miles in it and it is lovely. Like yours, it has all the toys and as the top model in the range, the sound system is the poodle's privates.

What a transformation. A very nice station platform. I glad you didn’t put a fandangled shelter on it. I don’t think I have seen many stations with them on them. Southern railway don’t seem to like spending money. Apart from some HS1 platforms. Lol . Great video Al. Love the channel.
Just managed to watch the main part of the video. Great platform kit. FYI 63 millimetres is just about 2 and a half inches. The platform was around 63cm (630mm), Im not a teacher for nothing Allan lol.
Hi Allan, A happy wife makes a happy railwayman so well done getting the new car and I hope it gives you and your wife very many problem free miles. The kit looks great and from your video easy to make as for lining it up to the track the 08 shunter can be a bit of a bother if you plan to run it there its good you have some passengers on it but the black finish to the platform does show the plastic base a bit some felt tip or your paint stick may help' but well done a very nice video with not a train in sight but I did not miss them. Brilliant Allan the new platform looks fiddley but fantastic. I'm glad you changed the car I had a fiat and couldn't wait to take it back 3 years I had it and hated every minute
Nice one Me Lord, I know people love the 3008 especially with its Range Rover tailgate, the Fiat is in the past where it belongs now. Platform looks a great addition to the layout.

Hi Allan, glad you got your car sorted, i had peugeot and citroen vans for years and couldnt fault them, i never got on with my mrs fiat punto though lol, the west hill wagon works station looks great am goin to look at getting a couple if i ever get round to extending my layout i was gutted when these kits were announced id been looking every were for modern station seating and ended up getting some un painted 3d ones of ebay and a few days later these ready painted sets came out. keep up the good work. Hi Al Glad you got the car situation resolved and when I was delivering cars to BSM instructors I enjoyed driving 208s. I’m going down the SMS route for changing my platforms only because of the size I need but I do like those seats and display boards and yours looks very good now it’s in place. hi al..great film....i know your pain with cars..try driving a royal mail van after you have been on leave for a week...engine man light on...cracked windscreen...and every fast food packets you could think of all over the seats ....etc...i would have swapped it for your 500 anytime,,lol
Great video again. Congrats on the new car, nice it had all the srvicing done, But did you check when the cam belt was due. Its one of them things many people just either ignore or are not sure but its a big problem if they go, which im sure you know.
@@dragon-junction-MK2 Great stuff, i have many times been u and down the A55 near you for cars with snapped belts. I used to work for a large recovery firm from Prenton on the Wirral.
Haven't seen anything of Robert's Train Set for nearly a month or two. Hope he's OK, I'm beginning to miss him. Also, please don't be alarmed, but I have a hospital appointment next month. I've got AF, which is causing my heart to beat too quickly. If I still don't see one of Robert's videos before hand, please let him know so he doesn't start to worry. Your new platform is the right distance away from the track. I'll still be uploading on my channel and watching your videos in the meantime, rest assured.

500 prob had a pedal fault just replaced one at work intermittent fault mostly short journeys the 3008 is a decent car just got stick to service schedule
Well m'lord! If it's got Breasts or Brakes.... Sooner or later.. 😂 (I'm joking! Don't get angry at Me please, internet!) I saw the platforms under development, they've come out wonderful! A shame I don't model passenger trains 😢😢
