brother you made a mistake in calculation please check it out i am getting the right answer 19100/400 = 47.75 with both methods.

In general way, for 4 days, the amount would be 10,200 (4 days, 200 more to 10,000) like that for 3 days amount would be 9800 (3 days(4-1 days), 200 less to 10,000) and for 6 days, the amount would be 10,300(6 days, 300 more to 10,000), like that for 5 days (5 days(6-1 days), 300 less to 10,000), amount would be 9700. What we can observe here is, 6 days --> 300 (half of 6 is 3) should be adding for 10,000, total 10,300. Like that for 20,000, we need to consider 200 days and money is 10,000(half of 200 is 100). finally after 200 days, amount would be double, which means before one day, means on 199th day, amount would be 0.

i.) Addition and Subtraction of same constant to each observation will make no change to Standard Deviation. ii.) If you Multiply each observation by same constant, "k"---> The New Standard Deviation = "k" * (Old Standard Deviation) iii.) If you Divide each observation by same constant, "k"---> The New Standard Deviation = "1/k" * (Old Standard Deviation)
