Hello Martin. I am a trained keyboardist who stepped out of the game about 27 years ago. Last keyboard played was the CS 80 from yamaha and the synclavier ( yeah....its been a while) . Any suggestions on what would be a good modern setup to get back in the ring? Looking for gear for easy to program loops and sequences and easy drum programming ( back in the days drum sequences were a pain in the butt with the aRoland machinery). Also, to start is Ableton the easiest to learn or is there an easier alternative to make my first steps? Thanks
This sounds incredible. May I ask what sound/keyboard you're playing to your right?? I am curious at that wine glass tone you start playing at the @6:30 mark?? Thank you in advance. Love listening to this.
Ich habe ein neues Video aufgenommen, in dem ich den von dir angesprochenen Sound erkläre: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UHPnF-TRCLw.html
Hey Martin & Neptun, I love your concerts, there one of my favourite 'background while reading' music scenes. I would like to have a (virtual) tour in your studio, and like to hear them and what sounds you are using them for. Btw, I love my Wavestate, it's a great synth, I hope you like it to.
The first sound coming from the Rev2 is the sequence that begins at 03:30. Another sound is the echo sequence around 37:00. I am using it for all kinds of sounds like pads, sequences and percussive elements. I would compare it to the Repro-5 from UHE but with a more complex modulation matrix.
