Good luck! I know how hard it is to kick them for awhile. I had restless legs for a long time afterwards. These stories helped and i also used a video that was rain sounds and Indian flutes to relax that one helped alot as well.

So excited for this: Had a tough week. Learned that I don’t really deal with anxiety as effectively as I should. I would listen to these stories at night hoping they would help, but I still couldn’t sleep. How I fixed it? I stopped avoiding my problems and faced them head on, as scary as they may seem. And now I can peacefully listen to this tonight lol

I love how Being Scared has the line volume up enough that my full volume bar actually raises the volume enough to hear over the droning exhaust fan about the bathtub. Most other RU-vidrs doing scary stories talk quietly and keep the line volume low so turning up my volume does little

I wanted the dad to get hurt by the squatter in that 6-year squatter story. I absolutely loathe parents who don't believe their children and don't help them feel/be safe. You don't deserve to be a parent if you're like that. Also, people who don't lock their doors are marks and morons. Doesn't matter what town you live in, what neighborhood you live in, whatever. If you don't take responsibility to protect yourself, then that's on you.
