We all know it's important to have a good set of resistance bands when it comes to exercise. In this video, we talk about how to use those resistance bands to stay healthy while working through a strength training program.
Resistance bands can be used in a variety of ways but one of the most versatile can be for prehab and rehab accessory exercises. This is a large portion of the way we use them with our personal training clients (we use them in other ways too - shown in a later video).
Specifically, in this video, we go over the band pull-apar, the seated lat pulldown, the external rotation, and the YTWL.
