Hi Tina! Tell me something if you may. I am not too sure but I am wondering if Mark somehow switched out those ducks you were warming up? Something about them pointy toes looks different. Stay Safe and Stay Healthy with more rough weather headed towards the southern states. Happy Gardening! -Bob...
Oh wow. Sometimes I wish I lived on a farm, but being 60, I'm too old to start now, lol. Love your videos, so educational and fun. These babies are precious. TFS & God Bless.
I'm right there with you I'd of love to homestead but work and children kept me busy I love seeing all the animals my problem would of been all the animals would become pets and my family would never have meat lol we love meat but we dont want to meet our meat lol. So birds for eggs cows for milk and a small pig to play with. I'm sorry I was living the life on your comment.
Very jealous, I had a pair when I left for the service, but my parents could not keep them and they were gone when I finally got to where I could have them with me... I love them though... Very good dogs !
Oh the grandchuckers are beautiful.. I have had chuckers for about 4 months now.. just started laying this week.. can’t wait to begin incubating them soon... thank you for the informative videos... new subscriber here! God Bless you and your family... and the birds.
Awe they are so cute. 🐣🐥😁 btw, I have some great news. We think we have found our homestead in Malta Ohio. We are so excited. We will be able to get our chickens 🐓 yay. We are going down tomorrow to do a video. 😁 Cheryl, James
Do you ever have trouble with them piping & not hatching? I’m hatching some now. They started hatching late, and have been pretty spread out. They started hatching on day 25 and we are still hatching on day 27. 6 of 24 have hatched. I have 1 that I think we lost after it piped. Any idea why they are hatching so late? Temp has been consistent, 99.5/100 until day 20 then 98/99 since then.
No idea what would spread the hatch like that... We have found that raising the humidity the last few days after you set them to hatch helps so they dont dry in the shell (pip but not hatch)... We don't lower the temp for hatch either...
Do you know if chukars will lay eggs year round in a pen with sunlight? Just got 20 of them and I am wanting to hatch the eggs. I have got a couple eggs so far. If anyone has any tips please let me know.
