I find my biggest progress happens with things I don’t even notice until I think back 😅 xx

My goal is to walk smoother and further. Sometimes I wonder if I am doing ok then I noticed how much better my walking is. It can seem like not much is happening, but then your realize you are doing much better. Stay positive, baby steps, and be easy with yourself. Ty for sharing this video. I always look forward to a new video from you. Take care..

I just love your channel - thank you so much for all you do for us! One question.. I keep pulling my left abductor/inner groin muscle. Getting in passenger seat I think. Numbness in leg but boy I can feel this pain? Any idea for safe exercises to help my leg please? Thank you 🙏🏼 🤗⭐️

thanks for the knowledge you bring to the table, a video on weight loss / appetite loss after strokes would be beneficial, my dad had a his left-side stroke 6 years ago and over the last 3/4 years he's lost about 20 kg (over 40 lbs), is there any scientific reason and can he run a decent life having lost so much weight? the strange thing is, this weight loss only came about in recent years and not right after the accident.

I had a tia 5 weeks ago. . 5 days in hospital. Mo signs if stiffness or anything else excepting which travels around. I'm taking painkillers but they are affective for a long length of time. I'm feeling sorry for myself and am worried demotivated

I'm so sorry to hear about your recent TIA. Feeling this way is normal, especially because this happened so recently! I would encourage you to reach out to your doctor, therapist, other healthcare providers if these feelings don't go away or worsen. You may also find it helpful to join a support group. Sometimes it's just good to know that you're not alone ❤️
