This is by far the best podcast that I have ever listened to. Absolutely love it. You guys are so genuine. I deliver packages all day, and listen to Bro Chat, BB&B, Real BB podcast, and when I'm at home I love to watch them to see the reactions and I also love watching the other content videos that are on the channel. I've seen so many other YT channels trying to replicate what Fouad has done...and they don't even come close. Truly the best listen when you need a good laugh
When the gym is complete you need to have a "Bro Chat Seminar" and have all the guys come out & train together so that fans can learn from them, ask questions, take pictures & meet the Bro Chat Crew! Would be super cool & something that no other company is offering/doing purely for the love of the sport & appreciating the friendships ect gained from the Bro Chat Podcast

The bickering is so fuckin funny. When me and my training parter are fully activated we do the same thing but its like a mutual understanding that its nothing personal and we all know its cause the sauce but we still do it all day 😭😭
Ian it's 5 usually depending how strong you make the concentration I usually put to CiCi's in the bottle to mix. What is usually point five on an insulin pen. And you do that twice to three times a week and then once you get to your desire darkness then you can just do once a week at .52 just maintain.and a good way to get rid of the nauseous. Eat some Tums or you know some Pepto a little bit before you take it and then that seems to work outstanding.also the flu symptoms I get that once in awhile too. Not sure why. If you try to read the studies on m2 it doesn't really give you a clear reason or mechanism of action of how it really works.cuz it's not like you inject pigment into your body. Your body has to produce it at a rapid manner.kind of makes you think. But then again I mean a lot of us use gear so when have we ever been opposed to injecting anyting into our bodies

OMG my girlfriend hates you guys because I sit in my man cave and listen and laugh my ass off for two hours. I’m 45 and it’s like hanging with high school bros again. I always get tons of laughs, and good training, diet and gear info here. Best part of my day is tuning in to a new podcast. Fouad keep it up!
when it comes to m2 you're supposed to use the tanning bed or at least spend 10 minutes 15 minutes in the sun. And it does speed it up and plus every company tells you to use actual tanning beds or go out in the sun. Cuz if you don't you will get darker but it almost looks like you have the mange

When i saw the duration of this podcast my immediate reaction was *why is it only 1 hour 40 mins?* Usually it's more than two hours and I was bummed but anyways enjoying this one as I am only 15 mins in. ;)
You've got everything here, advice, tension, humour, debate, sex talk, men being men, Melissa joining in, fucking love it. You have to watch from beginning to end as you just don't know what's going to come up or where the conversations go. Brilliant Fouad, don't change a thing.
