Did you know that you could actually travel and stay in a Monastery?
As soon as I got to know about this, I travelled to Bir and stayed there for a week and I just made a 2 part video series documenting my experience of staying in the Monastery.
This is the first part of the video wherein I focus on the details about the Deer Park Institute (Monastery) and how can you travel there.
The second part of the video will be out next week which is around my experience there.

@@ankit-oq4on Bro the courses are absolutely free. You just need to pay for the stay and food. COst of staying is Rs 150 per night in the dorm and food is Rs 125 per meal (Lunch and dinner, breakfast is cheap). I have shared all the details in part 1 and part 2 of this video as well. I hope this will help.
