I’m an medium, and even when watching this the ghosts in my house started to become more active. I would say that most of the things that you may have felt and/or heard where definitely ghosts trying to talk with you. I will say if you want to talk with the ghosts you can try the Estes method but I would recommend having someone else with you at all times. Don’t spend to long doing this or it will put you in a trance. Another tip is any app that you can get on your phone like a spirt box and EMF readers will work. Some say they don’t but as long as a entity can mess with it, it’ll work. Really liked the vids and the channel keep it up :>
