@@thisNatasha if i stay at the Muji Hotel if i wanna pay & take the muji hotel bathrobe ? Can i just curious lol thank you so much for the tips and advise lol .
Awesome vid Natasha! Thats definitely more than a hotel. So many options for souvenirs. Being in Ginza though means its expensive lol. I really liked the library area most of all though. Muji is a really cool hotel
Thanks Manny!!! The library was super cool, such a great collection of design books! And yeah Ginza can be super expensive, that's probably why I stick to Uniqlo!!!
That plant without soil is an air plant. You just hang it in a basket, cup, or with just a string it will live off from the moisture in the air. It's great for people who travels a lot and still want to have a plant at home without a fuss :-)
Now I want to stay at a Muji hotel. 😆 I also didn't know that there's a Kyushu Jangara ramen in Ginza! It's one of my favourite places to eat in Tokyo but I've only ever been to the Harajuku branch. Great vlog as always, Natasha. Looking forward to the next one! ^-^
Thanks so much!!! Yeah I was happy to find a Kyushu Jangara in Ginza, I really wanted Japanese food and was worried about Liam getting something veggie, it worked out well! :D
Great video ! The reason you see that baby sink at 3:12, separated to the bathroom sink, is that in Japanese law of hotel business act, the toilet must come with a designated basin with minimum size of 36cm X 28cm (external dimensions). That's why you see a lot of tiny yet disengaged basins in Japanese accommodations and restaurants.
Wow...what a fab hotel! So cool 😄 How bizarre being in a store while it was closed! That was a lot of stuff to pack away lol! & loving all the freebies 😂
@@thisNatasha Glad they helped - I did send one or two (cough) - we are considering a night or two there again for our trip next May, as the journey from there to Haneda is pretty easy.
You guys were in Japan in January? We were there for two weeks, to think we may have seen you! Thank you for showing the cafe at the roof of Harajuku Tokyu HandsBe, we ate there!
Oh awesome!!! I hope you liked the cafe! Oh and I guess we might have passed each other! We were around Harajuku the whole of the last week of January! :D
I hope you have more of these japan vlogs to post. I need continuous dose of these to help me get through this testing time. Shinjuku next... cant wait. 🤞hope you went and reviewed takano desserts again.
Just watching this is making me realize that my trip in literally 2 months likely won't happen. I've been sitting here waiting for the airline to announce flight cancellations for the past month.
Hi, new subscriber here. The hotel looks amazing! Have always stayed in Shinjuku most of the time due to convenience but will now consider Mujj hotel for the next trip!
Welcome Ramen Raff!!! I usually stay on the Shinjuku side as well! I've stayed a few times on the Ginza side and loved it too, and the Muji Hotel makes it even more worth while!
Natasha, can you recommend a place for me to stay in Nagasaki? I will be visiting the Atomic B Museum and Peace Park there. Also, do you find that many hotels are sold out when you try to book them? Thank you for your informative videos.
i would have been in Japan at the end of the month ! damn Covid-19 ! . but videos like this make me smile cos it reminds me of being in Tokyo . this would have been my 4th time in Japan if i went this year
Those shelves are called particle board, or compressed wood particle board. It is made from wood shavings and scraps mushed together instead of just having one piece of actual wood.
Wow thr room was amazing if I go back to Japan I think I will book to sleep there. I got to keep the toothbrush, toothpaste combe, razer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and slippers too. I miss my toilet nice a warm in the morning. The cakes were massive looked like a big donut 🍩 😋. Looking forward to shinjuku to see if you were near my hotel. 😃😍💖💙👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👋👋👋👋👋👋
Hey Melanie!!! Yeah it looked like a big doughnut but tasted like a croissant - it was interesting!!! I miss the warm toilet seat too - they're so good!!!
Muji has very nice things, if i want things we have to go to Germany to find them. The acrylic cases are very good i use them for make up and arts supplies
The acrylic cases are so good for makeup!!! I use the glasses case too - that's super helpful! We have some stores in the UK so that's great, but I don't think there's many of them.
That looked amazing! How far in advance do you book? I tried to book in for my trip last year but they were full! I love Muji, thanks for the indepth tour! 💗
Hey Georgia! I think we booked about 5 months out?! I remember it wasn't too long in advance, but we could only get that room for one night! Maybe if we tried for more dates it wouldn't have worked out! I would have happily stayed for ages though!
I am a muji fans Can u provied the price when u bk this hotel ? Where the local location in New York ? that I can sharing for my chinese female friend please .
I love everything about Muji ever since I first encountered a branch in Hongkong way back 1990. Love this video of Muji Hotel inside Ginza branch, I had also visited Beijing Muji Hotel last year. However to be honest, food and beverage in Muji is rather too expensive. 😁😁😁
Most likely yes, although that's extremely rare to happen. I remember in a hotel I stayed in China they had gas masks in the hotel room, that was a shock!
That is not a cheap room. I Don't know why everything has to be so overpriced in Ginza. That room is worth anywhere else maybe $300, not $1,100. Hats off to ya if you can afford it though.
Wow I don't think I paid that!!! My top price for a room is usually £350, and that would need to be realllllly nice! I checked and we paid 29,900 yen. I hope that helps!
Wow I NEVER noticed that! I've always read them the same way! Wow my attention to detail sucks! Thanks! I've edited the vid and I'll leave a pinned comment - thanks for letting me know, you're a star!
