Anyone else feel cold a lot ? I know opposite from heart flashes but I get super cold at times. And then the menopause fatigue can hit you out of nowhere 😂
Although not as common as hot flushes, quite a few women can experience cold ones. However, if you feel cold a lot of the time, it may be an idea to ask your doctor to check your thyroid function. Underactive thyroid often occurs in the menopause and one of the main symptoms is feeling cold. Best Wishes Eileen
Yes I find I get colder easier now. Haha and then get hot ! Crazy. They have ran tons of bloodwork. Crazy what we have to go thru and still end up with no answers. Us women are tough but at times it can be overwhelming
What a lovely video and so helpful, I volunteer as a gardener for the National Trust, I can't recommend this enough, like minded people, laughs, beautiful gardens, exercise and sometimes cake, gardening and nature is the best tonic ❤❤

You look AMAZING❤ IM STILL UNFORTUNATELY STILL IN MY PERI AND IM 54😮 THIS IS VERY INFORMATIVE ❤ ONLY WISH IN MY MENOPAUSE IS TO GET RID OF MY SLEEP ANXIETY AND MY OUT OF CONTROL PERIODS AND SPOTTING😢 ❤
Hi Jane Thank you for your kind comment! If you're still getting bad periods please do see your doctor. They may be able to give you something to stop the bleeding. Also ask them to test your iron levels as heavy bleeding can cause anaemia which in turn can trigger anxiety! Best Wishes Eileen
Eileen, thank you for this wonderfully informative and helpful video! It was lovely to hear age-appropriate advice. I’m going to check out the spray and the tea you mentioned! ❤

Hi Joanne Protein is really important post menopause and can often help with a weight loss diet, in moderation. Having a protein snack or small protein powder drink about 30 min before HIIT may help to avoid a cortisol spike. A general over 50s female multivit can be helpful. Best Wishes Eileen
Hi Patricia This is something that you would need to ask your doctor, unfortunately, we can't give advice on the safety of prescribed drugs, sorry Best Wishes Eileen

@@carolynarnott5002 This could be caused by a number of issues such as high or low blood pressure, low blood sugar levels, dehydration or even an inner ear problem so it is a good idea to get a proper diagnosis from your doctor first. It'll be easier to sort if you know the exact cause Best Wishes Eileen
