Hey guys, I hope you've been well and that all your exams, test and assignments are now done or close to being completed. I hope you guys like this vlog, I'm not at medschool, but I want to show you all how you can use your "days off" to be productive, and set yourself up for the week. I often use these days to reset mentally, and catch-up on work I'm behind on, as well as plan for the week ahead and reflect on how I can continue to be the best version of myself. Just remember that whatever you're going through, you're never alone and the tough times will past.
