Mate I grabbed your system yesterday and it’s phenomenal. I was about to embark on figuring out the logic and building something similar but to get it where I would have wanted it … tens of hours of work. I’m just getting a handle on the workflows but look forward to customising and absolutely flogging it with our Q&A library asap. If anyone is reading this and contemplating the $150 AUD-ish setup (including the OpenRouter tool), you’re going to make that back in the time it will take you to repurpose a single post manually. Seriously the best value digital product I’ve bought, hands-down.
Appreciate that. As I mentioned if automating things it should be well thought out and detailed. Too many people get caught up in automating something just because they can but then realise it’s actually only wasting time rather than helping.
EXACTLY what I was looking for - and looks very intuitive. I feel like this will really help me squeeze maximum juice from my content that I'm not doing now. Plus save me time and optimize the workflow.
Not right now. We are looking at how to do that as it has been a request but currently just getting the new marketplace off the ground over the next month or two. Then will come back to it. Others have made their own customisations to do exactly that though
I'm struggling to get through the level of detail in these videos. I was trying to build something similar and got past concept phase and then realised how much work was involved. Do you think that this could sit behind a nicer looking front end that could be a log in for clients?
Hi Mitch what i didnt get: 1) when talking about generating social media posts: what is done manually? eg. do i have to copy ai-images back to airtable manually? 2) how could i include canva, so the images have the right look & feel in the brand style? not a must, but a plus: 3) about video: is it also possible to generate videos with own avatar? thx!
1. The images could be extracted with extra automation but I prefer having many checks through each workflow so you are not putting out ai slop. I fully agree with 100% automated workflows. So checking the image and moving it to the right airtable field is manual. 2. Canva doesn’t have an api but you can download a csv file and use their bulk upload feature. You could also look at API first editing tools if you want to automate it 3. There’s no video features in this template

What a great template. you have done a great job. Is the template customisable? In the band section of the template, if I want to add a customer journey map and other brand assets, in order to inform my content creation process on which part of the journey I want the content directed to etc...
I am actually watching this video for a second time... What an amazing framework. The only thing that seems to be missing as to Blog posts are internal links. Would it eventually be possible to use Screaming Frog crawl data (CSV) in order to integrate relevant links to categories, products or even other blog posts? 🤔
The original version had an internal links feature using JSON but it wasn’t reliable so we removed it. A few members are using Wordpress plugins that do it automatically anyway. But in the coming months this is turning into a proper community/creator based business where we will have new products and add ons available. There will definitely be more blog post and seo features coming as many are requesting it. Also stoked to hear you are watching for a second time.

Hmmm, the only confusing thing is how you go from Ideas Improver > All Ideas ... and then? 🤷♂ If I opted for "Blogpost idea" in the Ideas Improver, will this automatically populate fields in Blogspot TAB records? 🤔 Has anyone ever made a visual representation of the workflow? Which content goes where from when?
I prefer to build workflows that have many human touch points to ensure quality. It doesn’t auto populate in other fields but you can definitely customize it to
Hello, I am using a questionnaire in my emails. Would it be possible to separate subscribers into categories by how they answer the questions? The questions are yes, no questions.

Mitch - I've ordered a copy of the automation, but somehow the order confirmation never came through (it got hung-up after pressing the Submit/Buy button - I know this because my bank alerted me of the purchase. Hey Mitch, I just purchased and am about to join the community. Looks great!! So, I'm watching this again. Just wondering with openrouter if we can add our own api key for perplexity, openai, etc to use our own account for them rather than paying a higher price through open router?
Yes. I have V1.3 templates that are setup for that in the members area. I believe there could be a free open router plugin now too. Someone shared about it in the community
