I really hoped we got a sequel to the consortium story

Perhaps Tyber and friends actually decided to retire after Kuat. They just got rich so why risk their lives running crimminal organizations when they can go live in some palace on a backwater world? That would explain why they weren't heard again. Of course he would probably find that boring or something.

Timothy Zahn... Tyber Zann... I see what they did there :) This expansion was amazing! One of the best Star Wars games I've played. Thrawn was easily my favorite part. You dont beat him, you survive him!

There's also the chance that when looting the Emperor's Safehouses Tyber ended up as one of the Candles in the Wayland Masoleum when he ran afoul of Joruus.

Since the Zann Consortium found the Eclipse it's implied that Dark Empire, or something similar, was going to happen later in this timeline. Because of that, I wouldn't be surprised if Palpatine went after Tyber at some point for robbing his vaults...

After the credits, Silri realizes someone forgot to plug the sith warriors and they've all died in suspension. That's why we never hear from them again. How about that for a closing

I'm actually going to have the Consortium feature heavily in my RPG I'm running. Hated how they just disappeared in legends

Loved the game, and Tyber and Urai as characters. Despite only having their day within EAW, it would be nice to see them return in canon in some form. Even just the emblem in the backround somewhere.

The Expanding Fronts mod for Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds adds the Zann Consortium as a playable faction.

What type of Sith Forces were these? Troopers? Force-users? Force-using Troopers? What particular Sith Empire did they come from?

The only fate of the Sith Army in legends I see is that they went in the end to Byss and helped to build the Dark Empire. That could be a good explanation how Palpatine got so many dark side servants and technology.

I think the real reason is that stories from Video games aren't taken seriously by the rest of canon. A lot of video games have stories that have no effect on canon with Kotor and Dark Forces being the exception. I don't think we would ever get an ending to their story.

One possibility on the zan continuity is Tyber become a senator and brought pardon from anyone he need to buy it from. Erased his criminal activities record. Then live a happy life. Silri need more time to build her army because it is not in her area of expertise.

According on what you said, I think Zahn faced Admiral Daala and was executed by her. As for Silri, I think opening the... vault, I guess, she met one of warriors, who was automatically awoken by security system, and he (or she) killed her, but has got critical wounds died right after her without possibility to awake the other sith warriors.

My head canon is that the Zann Consortium is the pirate nation mentioned by Gorean Shard in the Mandolorian season 3. The consortium would have thrived in the current canon given that the New Republic is apethetic and led by fools. Furthermore the Hutts are in chaos after Jabba's death and the annihilation of Crimson Dawn. As for Silri, I suspect she severely overestimated her powers and influence. Kotor era Sith would not respect her and would likely kill her at the earliest opportunity. This planet could also be Exogol and what Silri found was the Sith Eternal. Either way she's not leaving there alive.

Man the FoC expansion gave me lots of mixed feelings, while the campaign was great the game balance felt really off to me. It felt like the Empire and Rebel factions had been balanced against each other and then the Consortium was just kinda tacked on there with tons of sUpErCoOl stuff, all of which turned OP, together with the corruption mechanics they felt really .. for lack of better terms "out of place".

The new video editing was actually fantastic, it felt great and not out of place or clunky and I hope it doesn’t take forever to edit this together because I think it should stay!

Great video Corey, definitely a huge missed opportunity that LA didn’t make a follow up game. But thank god for your mod(s), which are in many ways a vast improvement on the base game!

There's no real explanation. The Zann Consortium has been an isolated group of an Expansion pack for an RTS. I don't know if it was ever mentioned by any other media after that. Which I think is a shame. Always liked the Zann Consortium.

I imagine the neatest ending would be Silri killing Tyber, then Urai killing Silri. Without Tyber's charisma and ambition, Urai would fade into the background, mostly by choice.

Nice graphics...they look good. I like the way you roll credit at the end too Good channel it's more technical or nerdy than others (compliment ). I guess, more a channel for the Star Wars nerds than the casual fan. I imagine, this channel is where star war throry, eckerts, stupendous come to learn things, or at least re remember

The zann consortium is canon.

This is the kind of stuff where I really like it but I don't think it should be canon. That just confuses the overall lore and restricts the game developers. Maybe put some kind of warning label on it "Is not canon"

Am I fan fiction and gonna kind of include the zann consortium but I am afraid its main leaders are long dead they were pretty old and the night sisters carbonate Sith Warrior army they all get Merged in the 1st order Like having a few wizards in a battalion

I really wish Zann got more attention. He was such a damn interesting character that it seemed entirely wasteful not to expand upon him further. He could easily have had his own series like The Mandalorian

Maybe thats the reason the eclipse was moved to Byss and it was finished there in order to hide its location. Maybe the rebels organized another strike on Kuat to take it out and showed up to find an empty dock and a trap waiting for them. It still wouldn't explain why they were surprised to see it in dark empire...

Honestly, their ultimate fates better stay unknown, since it fits their otherwise controversial mystique. Granted, I do bet the organization crumbled because of a secret war between it and that ancient Sith army, where the outcome led to no one winning, and it becoming one of the greatest stories never told, akin to Revan and the Jedi Exile's heroics/villainy post-KotOR II and the events between NJO and the Legacy comics.

Zann did what any rich pirate did: retire. Why live a life that keeps you on the bad side of the law when you can just fold, take all your ill-gotten gains, and buy a house somewhere nice while you play puppetmaster with your local senator? Zann's aim, as the ending of the game attests, was that he was going to join the New Republic because he "always wanted to own a senator." After which his activities probably switched from slavery, racketeering, and piracy to boring, corporate, white-collar crimes that still turned up the cash without earning the ire of either the New Republic or the Empire. Zann's fleet joined the New Republic, and became powerful reserve forces that allowed the New Republic to smuggle anything from point A to point B during the Thrawn Trilogy and Dark Empire days, and their heavy-hitting warships turned the tide against the Yuuzhan Vong for the New Republic.

Silris sith army might have gotten destroyed by tyber and especially urai, who we knew didnt like her much. They could have found out about this whole sith army stuff and went to the planet, maybe because she left one piece too much evidence. Here we have different ways the story could go. In all pf those we co.cider she was in the process of unfreezing them all. First: all three of them get killed either by one of the un frozen warriors or by wildlife or maybe even a random NR patrol going around. Second: urai kills silri after she killed tyber. After the death of both of them urai destroys the sith army and retiers or even dies by his own mistake. Third: tyber and urai destroy the army and silri escapes. Silri flees back to dathomir trying to give the empire information about this whole thingi but the empire doesnt believe her and either kills her or she manages to escape. Or she goes back to prison on dathomir. Or she goes dirrctly to dathomir without going to the empire. Fourth: silri gets killed by tyber or urai in the process of destroying the army. Fifth: silri and kills them and has the army fully under her control. Sixth: same as before but the army soes not trust silri and kills her. Or as a compketly different start they never find out and the army kills silri and seals themselfs again or even destroying themselves. Tyber and urai life good lives and die of age or take part in a battle, killing them.

I like to think that after him and urai found all that money they let the consortium fall apart and disappeared to some exotic outer rim planet as billionaires

Well done on the additions to the format! They help to make the video more immersive. I still remember playing FoC when it first came out, getting to the end of the campaign with Silri uncovering that secret army, and being so excited for a sequel with a war in the criminal underworld. That's still my headcanon. Silri took the army and took the fight to Zann. After a long, bloody fight, Zann activated failsafes to see his organization and Silri's army destroyed, rather than let her take control of everything he'd built. Which would explain why we don't really hear much about Zann or anything about the secret army, after this point.

Love the new look! I’m working on a fanfic of sorts that combines legends and canon. In it, after the Kuat raid, the New Republic saw the Consortium as a big threat and conducted a campaign of extermination against them. Amidst this, Sirli’s Sith army attacked, but both were defeated and annihilated. I imagine something similar happened

To be fair, Star Wars Empire at War, the Force Unleashed and other video games I would really view as a separate entity to Legends or Canon.

One of the biggest issues is that Revan was among the sith troopers. (There’s a model of a frozen Revan in the game files) But with the direction Legends went, that would’ve been impossible unless it was a imposter or clone. Plus I doubt Silri would’ve been able to get Darth Revan under her control. I assume Silri didn’t wake up the ancient sith army and simply stole artifacts from the tomb. Realizing how bad things would go for her if she woke them up or even woke up Revan.

I think the best answer is that Tyber decided to lay low. With the amount of wealth he now possesses, it would have been much easier for him to simply control some senators and g keep his revenue going without having to do too many things to draw attention to himself.

Not saying I don't like the new map, but I really liked the simplistic style of the old map. Anyway, the new format looks great, keep up the great work!

I think they should return to these characters and do more with them.

My headcannon: Lot's of hate sex between Zann and Silri got too violent. Neither one survived. Urai facepalmed, took all the money he could, and left. The remaining Consortium killed each other while the Hutt Cartels took over what was left.
