As a person who is average at stealth, I can confidently say that these "complete (x) tasks while remaining undetected" missions made me want to headbutt a wood chipper.

In the real world stealth is only effective against third world bad guys living in a dense jungle hideout with no modern technology. These commandoes trying to infiltrate a modern base would have been detected long before they reached the outer perimeter.

Dude, use the pathfinder class because the like white vision makes it sooo much easier to see your enemies and your surroundings in the gas zones

I found that enemies (mostly rifleman) has more dialogue/lines now. I was driving on a vehicle and than a Rifleman suspected and probably said “Who is driving on a vehicle?”.

@@kuubleekahn6893 No, they're not that hard on Normal difficulty. If you go Panther or Echelon for the stealth missions and Assault for the breaching missions, it's super easy. Edit: Finka and Ash are cool for breaching missions too, with free heals and a grenade launcher, and I'm not a god at stealth. For the "Hack the three gas containers" missions, I had to restart them about twice each.

@@analeighcampbell2334 the worst teammates ever. I had to leave them outside of every mission zone to get them done. If they got inside of the mission zone it didn't matter what orders I gave them they wouldn't listen and constantly get me busted on the stealth missions. If I told them to hold position they'd constantly walk around aimlessly till the got spotted etc

These stealth missions were kinda fun actually. I’m more calculated when taking guys out, I make sure to study their patterns mostly before firing. I was able to do all 3 of the stealth buyers missions with only having to kill 5 guys combined. Super fun

Yeah I and my friends spent 3 hours last night trying to beat the sleeping beast. I'm the only one who would go stealthily and it took 2 hours before they finally agreed to only let me go into the facility lol

You can pick up gas filters only from commander's, and or buy them from Maria's shop or bivoac shop

3 points; 1. The Pathfinder black/white thermal works much better in those indoor areas, as well as generally in areas where there’s gas. 2. If you get annoyed at not being able to execute the buyers, like I did, you can go back, immediately after the mission and they’re there, with the blue beret sentinel guy. 3. Your respirator canister runs out quicker if your sprint...watch the arrows at the top of the screen.

What I found to be the best way is, cease fire your teammates. I was only able to complete it that way, took me quite a few failed missions 😅

Found most the missions in this event tedious as I’m terrible at stealth 😂, got through it in the end after a few hours, only wanted to do it to unlock the l8 as been waiting for it to come as it was in wildlands, good event none the less though was a nice change

@@kaiwontwin actually there is plenty of option not to go stealth, hence why you can put other attachments other than silencers on weapons 🤔, yes there are missions where you have to, but it’s not always something you have to do, pretty sure I can play the game any way I want as I did pay for it to play it how I want so your opinion is invalid tbh mate

I just completed the new document. Loved it, by the way. Is it just me that the under barrel shotgun attachment is OP? Wow, and the new Revolver is awesome. Technically u can carry 3 shotgun weapons and an ASR.

Me and my friend ran this mission 3 times before we finished it. 1st time we accidentally killed Porter. 2nd time I wounded him between 2 shipping containers and when we went to pick him up it glitched and wouldn't let us pick him up. 3rd time I shot him in the leg right after the phone call, we killed everyone, marked the containers, and then picked him up and stowed him in the armored SUV. However when we got to the Outcasts to extract him an Azreal drone flew over, spotted us, so I dragged him out of the vehicle into the building then we had to kill the drones and the wolves before we could extract him and finish the mission. We like these new missions and the new weapons. I'm running the OS and the G2.

Anyone completing the new event in 5hrs or less is def not playing on extreme with everything off including when your filter runs out. Makes the game way more challenging. Getting shot ever is a no no. You should try. Its def the best fun I've had in a while.

That's true unless you're like a god of stealth or something,so far I've done 6 missions one or two couldn't be done stealthy (you had to blow up some doors or sail with a motorboat) the rest done in all complete stealth, it's hard sometimes enemies are too crowded but fun and challenging enjoying it not gonna rush it still 9 days left for the event xD

Hi Will im sure someone might have told you but if you are on the Pathfinder class you can use your black and white vision to see through the gas in open or closed areas :) Just a heads up mate :) Love your vids man

I bought whatever gear I have by selling the excess guns in the game as well as the other gear and inventory. Only time I actually paid real cash for any of that is when I went out and bought a ps4 card for a DLC (idk it grabbed my interest) and used the remaining $5 on whatever. Not like I’m getting anything with that on a ps4 marketplace anyway

The problem with the gameplay is that you’re rushing it too fast try taking it slow and slowly flying your drone through the base and get an idea of their patrol paths.

capture x commander without being detected *commander x is in sight of atleast 3 thugs* *2 of the thugs are in sight of the sniper* *the sniper is covered by his buddy* *sniper's buddy is in close proximity of a drone operator patrol path so shooting is not an option* . . . Just want to let you know that I've been using "Willy Mode" to describe how to play the game in order to get the most optimal experience (no hud, no alerts, no map ect) and it's catching on! So once "Willy Mode" Hats and hoodies are all sold out and impossible to find, just remember to hook a brother up! 😆 Hope all is well Fam.

I capped the guy got him to the drop off where the mission (stressed) SHOULD have ended. Nope the guy took the drivers seat as soon as i got out of the vehicle drove away and it was mission fail. Worst but funniest gaming fail of my life.

Yeah stealth was out of the equation in most of the missions. I just finished Operation Amber Sky. The last mission was a bitch because landing the damn plane on that short airstrip was a pain in the ass. I kept crashing into trees. :)
