Ingredients:
Chicken thigh: 1 piece (350g)
Green onions: 2/3 stalks
Grated ginger: 1 tablespoon
Salad oil: 3 tablespoons
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sake (Japanese rice wine): 1 tablespoon
Green onion and ginger peel: as needed
Instructions:
Coarsely chop the long green onions.
Grate the ginger.
Butterfly the chicken thighs to even out the thickness and cut the tendons.
Place the chicken on a microwave-safe dish, rub salt for seasoning into the chicken, sprinkle with Japanese sake.
Cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Sauté the long green onions and grated ginger, and add them to the mixture in step 5.
Mix the sautéed green onions and ginger with the mixture from step 7, and top the steamed chicken with this mixture.

作り方
長ねぎは粗みじん切りにします。
生姜をすりおろします。
鶏もも肉は開いて厚みをそろえ、筋を切ります。
耐熱皿にのせ、鶏肉の下味の塩をもみ込み、日本酒をふります。
ラップをかけ、600Wの電子レンジで5分加熱します。
フライパンにサラダ油を中火で熱します。
長ネギ、おろししょうがを炒め、5に加えます。
7と炒めたネギ・生姜を混ぜ、蒸した鶏肉にトッピングします。
