I love how calmly Chalmers walks out of the house at the end, and when he hears Agnes scream he turns back, but ultimately decides to leave her and Seymour to their fate.

This is like a very realistic depiction of being friends with someone who has a problem with lying. You give them all this space to tell the truth. You’re patient and polite not to call them out on it, yet still prideful enough to reveal you can connect the dots to find all the holes in their stories, but they keep smiling, keep lying, and you keep giving them your sad, cold, knowing stare. Then you eventually leave, knowing there is fire behind you, either from their house or their pants.

I like how this edit changes Chalmer's personality to a much more cunning and agressive one while Skinner, unchanged, just fails even moreso with his lies. I have no idea why this inspires me so much as character development material, but it does.

I love how at the end; Chalmers just casually walks away from a house that's on fire and doesn't call for help and leaves them to burn. That's pretty cold Chalmers.

I love how in this version Chalmers doesn't even eat the steamed ham before calling Seymour out on it.

This I think has to be the best one so far, and that's saying a lot. It just looks so damn legit and believable, the dialogue is changed enough to be fresh and it has plenty of hilarity spiced into it. Chalmers just isn't taking Seymour's lies. A steamed masterpiece.
