I like how Chalmers catches the lie almost immediatly in this version, since Skinner didn't justify the smoke in the kitchen and specifically asked to be left alone there. The only logical outcome was that the dish had been ruined and Skinner was trying to get a new one.

It started great with "what if... I were to excuse myself?" but then I really had to strap the hell in when Chalmers protested Skinner taking the burgers back into the kitchen.
