A few people are saying things like "You should have added more" and "This is wasted potential!" but I'm glad I was able to give you the disappointing experience of Sonic 06 in RU-vid video format. Enjoy the video.
Also Seymours House is loading when he goes to krusty burger. The second time visiting the kitchen had no loading and the loading before the "no" had no scene change.
I was seriously expecting the characters to either glitch into the walls or Seymour going out the window and floating upwards into the sky, restarting the level and having to repeat the entire animation all over again
I don't remember what I played it on but the Silver fight wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, it's just a lot of waiting and caution, you know, things we love in Sonic games
If the only problem with Sonic 06 was loading screens it might have been remotely tolerable. Not sure how you could have slipped realistic looking humans amoung Skinner/Chalmers or had game breaking bugs though, so this will suffice.
I hate that part of Odyssey honestly. It feels very jarring to me. So yes, its still a problem, in the same way making Link super deformed in Wind Waker bothered me on a fundamental level.
Girl Buu fair enough. I prefer your opinion rather than what I usually see, Nintendo fanboy hypocrisy. I felt like a lot of people give Mario a pass when it comes to anything that was deemed a mistake in another franchise.
I would have changed the final loading screen to one for the street Homer is next seen walking on, but... ... NOW LOADING... ... that might be just me.
If this really were Sonic 06, Skinner would have constantly crashed into walls and may have fallen through the floor and got himself killed on the way to Krusty Burger or it may have even happened in his house considering how broken the game is.
The awkward pauses before each load screen would've been complimented by an equally awkward cut to black for a fraction of a second. Wonderfully accurate video regardless.
*The whole city's burning* "Good Lord, what is happening in there?" "Iblis and Mephiles merging into Solaris." "Ib- Iblis and Mephiles merging into Solaris?! At this time of year, at this time of day, in this part of the country, localized entirely within Soleanna?!"
I was anticipating a Springfield loading screen for "Put out the fire!" followed by that quick clip of the fire engine and another loading screen. Either way it's so spot on that RU-vid's algorithm tagged it as footage of the game itself :P
Missed opportunity, you should have had Elise's voice shouting "No!" come from from the kitchen, when the kitchen was on fire. We then could have heard Mephiles laughing and monologuing about joining Ibliss.
Should’ve removed the voice lines and replaced it with a sound clip of the weird “grunts” the NPCs make when you speak to them but this was still amazing
There are people complaining about the lacking of loading screens, which should probably be one for each ten seconds. Anyway, what I'm missing is some crazy editing effect making the camera go batshit and causing Skinner's death repeatedly Awesome vid, man. My favourite Steamed Hams meme so far, as it touches a very personal nerve in me (I almost ended up prisoned for murdering because of that goddam game)
Hey everybody, I'm embarking on an adventure across RU-vid to watch every Steamed Hams post ever. Number of hams steamed: 17 Rolling around at the seed of loading screens! Got no where to gotta TEMPER MY PATIENCE!!!
