I always wondered what the goal of this lunch was. Skinner apparently had something he wanted to discuss with Chaumers, but they just never get to it.

This but at some point he randomly announces that he’s from Utica

In all my years of consuming Steamed Hams memes, I never thought the awkward exchange of just “Hamburgers.” “Uh huh.” would make me laugh till my sides hurt, and yet here we are. God I love this Steamed Hams revival!

“Your kitchen, may I see it?”

The best part of this by a mile is Skinner coming out of the kitchen, putting the dish on the table and just saying “Hamburgers.”

Chalmers requesting to see Skinner's kitchen purely because there was no other lead into any interesting topic and being flatout refused in the most sheer _mind-blank_ reaction I've ever seen, and then being wordlessly astonished for a long moment before just saying 'I see...' absolutely took the WIND out of me. It was like a severe gut-punch, and I'm not sure I'll recover. Thank you for subjecting me to this.
