🔔 Steamed lettuce. (1T = rice spoon)
250g lettuce, 1/2T (4g) salt, 150g raw bean powder, 1/2T (4g) red pepper powder, 1/3T minced garlic, 2T soy sauce, 1T water, 1/2T oligosaccharide, 1T sesame oil, a little green onion, 1 Cheongyang pepper , sesame seeds 1T.
✨ Steamed lettuce.
1. Chop lettuce.
2. Mix 1/2T (4g) of salt into the lettuce.
3. Add 150g of raw soybean powder 2~3 times and mix evenly.
4. When the water boils in the steamer, spread a cotton cloth and top it with lettuce.
5. Close the lid and steam over high heat for 3 minutes.
