steamed New York Blue Crabs and sausages and sweet potatoes,boiled eggs corn, easy fast meal!! 

Easy fast high protein meal for the kids and family, next time i need to use 2 packages of the sausages the family loves it.

The sausages is great this way, so easy to make this all just boil and steam it all :D! Fed my fat ass and my sons so fully.

@KenshiroRyuFishingDojo my grandfather would cook them in a huge pot tomato sauce with muscles.
