To remove the access water of the chicken one can put the meat on a low heated pan without pouring extra water. Once the chicken releases its access water, we can put the ingredients and boiled water to cook.

for boiled try adding some sliced peeled cucumber. Its give a fresh and light flavour which goes well with boiled meat or soup
