Vey simple recipe but brings out the freshness of fish. Incredible! 👍
Ingredients:
Fish
Salt
Green onions
Oil
Step 1
Clean the fish just before you are ready to eat.
Step 2
Dry the fish with paper towel.
Step 3
Sprinkle salt on both sides of fish and pour 2 tablespoon water onto fish.
Step 4
Steam fish until cooked.
Step 5
Pour hot oil over sliced green onions, drain oil and put aside.
Step 6
Pour sauce from the steaming plate over fish.
Step 7
Add green onions onto fish and serve.
