❤️ "Steamed Razor Trevally (Razor Moonfish)" Recipe (5-6 servings) - Cooking with Fen & Lady First
💛 Main Ingredients:
- 2 Razor Trevally (Moonfish)
- 20g Garlic
- 1 Spring Onion
- Some Chili
- 10g Ginger
💛 Seasonings:
- 0.5 tablespoon of Rice Wine (first distillation)
- 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
💛 Main Utensils:
- Stainless Steel Chinese Wok
❤️ Directions:

- Place all ingredients and seasonings in a shallow dish with some depth.
- Put the dish into the electric rice cooker, add half a cup of water (about 90cc), cook for 10 minutes after the cooking stops, and then it's ready to be served.

💛 Main Ingredients:
- 2 Razor Trevally (Moonfish)
- Half a Portion of Vermicelli
- 10g Ginger
- 1000cc Water
💛 Seasonings:
- 1 tablespoon of Rice Wine (first distillation)
- 0.5 gram of MSG (Optional)
💛 Main Utensils:
- Stainless Steel Chinese Wok
❤️Directions:
04:23 Razor Trevally (Razor Moonfish) Vermicelli:
- When the 1000cc water is boiling, add fish, ginger, rice wine, and MSG (optional). Cook one side of the fish for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another three minutes.
- Soak half a portion of vermicelli in water, then directly put it into the boiling water. Boil for half a minute, turn off the heat, and add chopped spring onions before serving.
