Pumpkin cut into pieces
Eggplant cut into pieces
Bitter gourd cut into pieces
Dilis (dried anchovies)
Sauce:
1 can Coconut Milk
3 cloves Garlic minced
1/2 onion cut into pieces
A dash of ground pepper
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 thumb of ginger sliced
1 Tsp sugar
Chili Flakes (optional)
