It's not O S T- Legionäre. It is Ost-Legionäre. It is the german word for east. These were Soviet troops who switched sides. It is also pronounced Nas-horn not Nash-horn. Though the second would be an adorable german nickname :)

New zealand's main strength is just an absurd amount of piats with very good midrange infantry so the enemy can't really push with tanks in towns and his infantry also gets shredded

Best 10 vs 10 s are tactical games with 250 points and 0.5 income. I would also say that 500 points games are at The upper limit, but oh God i hate 750 points, they are so cancerous, full of spam and not even fun to play
