Man, I’ve had a lot of those days! Somehow though, despite the rain, wind and blown out river you still can’t resist taking another cast. It really is a sickness!😂
I used to love fishing that river since I was a kid, it’s gotten way to many people fishing it now , I still live in the coastal town you went through, to get up there, the steelhead returns havent been the same since back in 2018 , still has fish in tho just not as many as it used too, gotta love the snags in that river though 😂I’ve lost endless jigs and beads there, go back in the summer and wade thoroughly it and get them back!
I told Greg at Blood-Run that you show his hooks often. Hit him up and maybe get an endorsement! Tell 'Em Duke sent ya. I love your attitude and your vids. I hope to see you on the water soon, I'm looking for a raft now. Keep doing what you are. It's enjoyed by many people.🤙🎣👍👍👍
Boy, that first place was hungry for your gear! That second river gives up some real monsters. I think my brain got soggy just watching you fish in that deluge. After that rain, im hoping you are heading up to that area i mentioned to you a couple weeks ago. It may be the only place in play. At first i was stunned when you mentioned you had only one rod! But i understand why you are doing it that way! Congrats on 30 years!
Thanks William! Nope, on the river you suggested. 😞 I had a couple in mind I wanted to look at, you’ll like the one in part 2, it’s gorgeous, and (spoiler) I found a willing biter. 🎣
Just stumbled on to your videos. Started with cameras videos. Wow sir loving your adventures and can’t wait to watch more videos. Congrats on joining Retirement club. I did that back in 2015 and well had to go back to work too. I am buying a GoPro12 and using your affiliate link. Your affiliate link from r battery charger not working. I would like to make sure you get something. Also looking for some kind of external power source for mounting to 2 cameras mounted on boat. So if you have affiliate links please let me know.
They should be listed in the part 1 video of filming fishing. The only problem with running external batteries is you give up waterproofness. However, on nice days, I run an external battery on my tripod camera by replacing the battery door with one that has the slot allowing the USB-C to reach the charging port. It protects the sd slot and battery area from dust and such, just not watertight. I made some changes to the affiliates links page on part 1, and added a section “FOR RECORDING WITH EXTERNAL BATTERY”. I hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions. And thanks again! I appreciate it. 👍🏻
@@RAGEFISHING Thank you sir just ordered a bunch of stuff using those links. Wanted to make sure since it was your videos that helped me decide you get the monetary credit as well.
@jamesb196 you’re awesome. Thank you. I use the Amazon Commissions to reinvest in the channel. I don’t make much in advertising quite yet, so that really helps keep it practical. 😊
😂 Flunking turned out to be exactly like its name implies. But I didn’t have any plunking gear with me, it’s not really my style. And I’m always hoping to see the big guy out there! 😁
When I first started watching your videos I thought you looked like law enforcement. Congratulations you made it🎉. Time to move on to a safer field. A friend of mine retired from the Phoenix PD & now is working in a type of livestock regulation enforcement. He still has to carry a sidearm. Keep up the videos. I share your station as much as I possibly can. Take care
