I agree, im 50, adjusting with the access of whatever is out there,..came across this, and you know what!,.. ..a breath of second wind.. lol,.. love it.
He sings in Korean too, check out his performance in Masked Singer as the “Lightning Man”. He performed the Korean power ballad titled, “Confession”. Beautiful and unforgettable!
We definitely had the best generation for music, fun and friends. No social media and we still managed to know where the parties were every weekend, Lol.
I'm in love with all of These Guys! I know this is 1st Steelheart members and we lost Johnny Fowler that broke my heart I'm sure it really broke the others heart I feel sad about it. Love ya my friend.
I hope more of the "Younger generation" can Experience this music.. I am SO HAPPY that my Grandchildren LOVE listening to Grandpas Hair metal station when they are with Me..
Miss the days when the artists actually looked alive in the video not just standing around belting out three chords and depressing lyrics. Great song , great band
Oh you mean the glorified rhythm guitarists that swears he's a lead guitarist and will try and convince you there's a solo in there somewhere, yeah I know what you mean.
in my opinion, they look and sound lame today. nowadays "big hair" are much better. '80s-'90s hard rock was so comercial, it makes me sick: mainstream music, empty lyrics. try to listen other "big haired": november doom, opeth, apocalyptica, forest of shadows, shape of despair, my dying bride etc.
I'm 67 and can't get enough of this awesome band. Playing this song over and over and over. What a voice range Milli has. This song has to be in my top 10 rock play list, up there with The Stones, Queen, ACDC, Aerosmith, Led Zeppellin, Metallica, Pink Floyd, Bad Company. Until a few weeks ago had not heard of them, but thanks to Rock Vault Radio. Awesome! Got to play it again.
@@rodneyvaneck7865 most definitely and have you heard any of Steelhearts new songs? I don't think there's any with that big range but still oh so good.
U do UNDERSTAND the lyrics right??he's sayin shes basically,to put it nicely a GROUPIE!!hes sayin EVERYBODY LOVES,Eileen, listen a little closer to the lyrics!!😂😂😂
My husband still sings too me and still has his long beautiful hair we are so lucky to have men like this in are life we are the few lucky one to be married this long going on 30yrs
Best hard rock vocalist ever. Hands down. Including, but not limited to, Jeff Tate, Sebastian Bach, Rob Halford, Freddie Mercury, and any other name any one can throw out there. I never really even liked Steelheart's music, but I listen to it a lot now simply because this guy's vocals are out of this world, scary good.
+Ray Olson I don't really care about the lyrics, so I can see Stryper as a fucking good Glam Metal band instead of a "Jesus band" And they are my N°1 argument against "All Metal is satanic"
Omg I can’t believe I found this song . I finally a song that don’t ruin your ears like dexy midnight runners come on Eileen. Family always embarrass me with that song don’t really like it . But now I’ve found a song I like with my name in it everybody loves Eileen. Wow I like it 👋👌🤩x
Dear heavenly father, I just wanted to say thank you so much for creating this talented, heavenly, gorgeous, sexy, beautiful, and perfect male specimen with the voice of an angel and thanks for youtube so I can watch this sexy man belt his heart out on a daily basis. I'm addicted and I'm never going to ask for no cure either. In your name, I thank you! Amen
Their self-titled first album was definitely one for the ages. EVERY song was killer. Not many groups I can say that about: Def Lep w/ Hysteria, Scorp's w/ Savage Amusement. Hell, groups of today have one or two good songs out of 20. Ridiculous.
They would probably have been even bigger if they had released their debut just a few years earlier. They were on their way up when the era of this music was, sadly, on its way out.
Yes I'm 45Years Old Now Born In 1973 I Was A Hair Band " I Remember Haveing My Rat Tale Then My Long Hair Man 80s 90s Was The Best Heavy Metal Music Bands In Are Days . 🎸🤘🎵🎵🎵 Lol . Troy Frost Troyster . Ga.
She's got a fire burning in her eyes Make you feel like a new born child She turn a cold lonely night Into a rollercoaster ride And she's givin' it all Givin it all away [Chorus:] Everybody loves Eileen She's a sweet little rock and roll machine Just the sweetiest thing you every seen Everybody love Eileen Oh yeah! She can tell a joke and make you cry Take your heart a thousand miles high Sing love a lullaby like an angel of the night She's so close and she's so far away [Chorus] I need her love, she drives me crazy I need her love, I want to follow my lady [Solo] [Chorus]
Love that man ...best singer, musician, and front man! Do I have a disorder called, Obsessed with Miljenco, why...yes I could eat-sleep-and follow this man to the end of civilization....! But I'm not a stalker...lol! Yep, Steelheart ruled in the 80,'s! And still does in my mind.
well the stage accident didn't help the band either. he was out for quite some time. believe he had surgery for his throat and rehabbed for a long time. still sings pretty good today. not sure if he can still hit all them high notes. but still pretty good at it.
Yes, happy Rocking Christmas. I am having so much fun with my 4 month boy. exciting and full of fun. watching him daily growing, fought coughing kids over him, me and my wife flu and he is still standing strong. Full of life and so eatable, I tease him, his right cheek is chocolate and his left is vanilla and I get to taste em everyday. His smiles is a killer. And I have to go for a angiogram as I had a heat attack in 2013, but I am fine, it is this time the stress test came out as if I have another blockage. so my lil boy is on my mind. cheers.
He has HOT face, HOT body, SUPER HOT voice and even his curly waving hair was FREAKING HOT. Thanks God for giving him the Earth. Steel Heart songs even older than my age. But this "so yesterday music" gives me joyful, raising my mood on bad days, and giving me chills on emotional times.love it
Unfortunately he doesn't look like that any more... Those beautiful locks are gone ... Check his videos out from 2015. He's still got the voice but not the hair... Followed this band back in the day - autographs, etc from their very first album... still a good band.
Love seeing younger generations getting into some 80's rock... Enjoy the hell out of it, cause that's what it's all about... And so much great music from this era to dive into!!
Mili of Steelheart is still Beautiful, Hot and very Sexy check out Steelheart now he's still kicking ass on stage trust me I love this Man all of Steelheart oh yeah Baby there on Tour in November 11, 2018🖤🥀🖤☝️
My fave from Steelheart.....Everybody Loves Eileen! Brings back good memories from the good old days. Cruising the streets with this blaring on the radio. ;)
I wish I was born in like 76 and not 88.. Born a little too late.. I can only imagine how it must have been in those good old days.. It's hard being a rockfan today
Martin Dworak Oh Martin, don't fret. My daughter was born in 1988 and has the same lament that you do. She has been around music all of her life. Her parents, myself and hubby were in our late teens in the mid to late 70's She loves the Beatles and John Lennon. All 3 of my daughters were born listening to Journey and the rest of the hair bands that followed. My youngest, the same age as you is the youngest "hippie" there is! She is sad that she wasn't born in the "cool generation" but makes up for it now. Now my grand kids that were born to my middle daughter born the early 80's have grown up on the hair bands and know just about every 80 song there is. They are also knowledgeable of the 90's music. My young hippie daughter is now introducing me to some of the current bands that are worth listening to. We did have a great time back in the day!
No era will ever come close to the big hair, talk of talent, stage, craft, showmanship, sold out big arenas, customised t-shirt, bandanas, hot girls etcetera. So sad I wasn't born in that era but I so happy I'm living it now with these amazing uploaded videos.
This man can do everything with perfection that is beyond words. The voice, that body, everything!!!! He is truly one of kind. And they don't make that kind anymore. What is sad is I live in Denver, CO and was at that show on Halloween!!! I'm surprised he would even come to this state. But, He still has it. It would be awesome to meet him someday, anyday!!!
that gorgeous mouth watering man had the entire package. the body, the voice, and the most gorgeous head of hair. *sighs* he was gorgeous then and is still gorgeous.
It's so strange I grew up during the MTV era and thought I hear them all yet somehow this band slipped right under my radar. It's crazy because this guys voice is perhaps the best I've heard in this genre of music. His range is ridiculous and his tone is just perfection. I only became aware of this band thus this singer because of Ken Tamplin whom is a vocal coach/teacher that has videos on RU-vid and he knows his stuff. I recall he started talking about one of his favorite singers and how amazing this guy is etc etc and I was really blown away by this guys voice. I guess the band just didn't hit that Super Stardom status. I just dont know how in the hell I never heard of them back in the day, just mind boggling to me. I thank Ken Tamplin for making me aware if this singer. I remember learning that he did the singing for the movie Rock Star that starred that douchebag Mark Waldouche. Sorry just never really liked the guy. Yet the music from that movie was rather impressive especially the song We all die young!
I red somewhere that singer Miljenko Mattyevic had a terrible accident when, one night on stage during a performance, he climbed in one of those lightning towers. Someone had forgotten to secure that ,and the whole tower fell on him , almost killing him. It seems he was in Hospital and Rehab for years. When he finally came back to making music, the Magic Moment of " Hair Metal" was gone and everybody including MTV was only interesting in Grunge
This is my second favorite song that I like from steelheart. Everybody loves Eileen!!!!!!! Everybody loves Steelheart!!!!!!! Rock on steelheart!!!!! Rock on!!!!!!!🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
saw these guys when I was stationed in London, UK at the Marquee club. Such a kick ass concert, went to work the next day and my OIC (officer in charge) told me to take the day off because I coudln't hear anything! My ears were still ringing and it was worth it!
He was given a lot of flack for that as the critics said, "drummers don't wink!" Luckily one of my friends said to him, "Well you stand your ground and tell them THIS ONE DOES!" He felt better after that haha. John was all about having a good time!!
As a childhood neighbor, schoolmate and friend of everyone but Miljenko this song and video is absolutely the most ass kicking of anything they ever did and Chris is ripping it up !!!!!
Just saw them last night in Southern Cali at the Canyon. He can't hold the high notes anymore but he can still hit them for a few seconds. Damn good show!!!
I'ma say this now no one can hit the high pitch notes like Michael does no even Ariana grande gosh she CAN'T EVEN CUT CLOSE TO THE NOTES MIKE HITS ♥️♥️♥️GOSH I LOVE HIM WE NEED MORE STEEL HEART MORE MICHAEL ♥️♥️♥️
i think because of the reigning of grunge music they are the surviving hair metal bands when grunge music gets on its finest and conquer this kind of music alongside with this guys like firehouse trixter winger slaughter and lots more
Great tune! Great Band, saw them open for Lynch Mob, in Chicago,IL at the Vic or Aragon Ballroom, way back in '89-90.... sounded great back then and still now :-) Thanks for posting
