This is going to add such professionalism to the repairs of our heavy equipment. It will pay for itself just in resale value, when we sell the unit that had the repairs.
It looks like a REALLY nice machine! I just watched Jäderfors Garage in Sweden and it looked amazing! One more thing on my wishlist, and it jumped pretty high on the list too 😁
Units, feed, clear z, pierce z, cut z, kerf, prc delay, off delay... I guess we're just supposed to know what those setting do since at no point do you elaborate on them.. you already know how this machine works as you designed it..for those who are learning you just breeze right over it and leave us in the dark.. SLOW DOWN and teach us how to use this machine.
Mine just arrived today, and I was getting super aggravated about some of the same stuff, so I went to the website. A pretty detailed manual can be found under the support tab there toward the bottom of the downloads section. Now I have a manual that explains all this on my phone. I would also register on the Arcdroid forums if I were you. There is a ton of info/tips and tricks there and a bunch of other noobs dealing with the same learning curve. I run a steel fab shop and have a large cnc table and a number of other pieces of equipment that cost many times what the Arcdroid set me back. In fact, it's a relative bargain. But I will NEVER hear from or get any answers from a founder of any of those other companies, where I've seen Andrew personally answer questions and get involved in troubleshooting discussions on the forums(whichis what sold me on the machine). Additionally, he seems to be always looking to improve/update software/capabilities. Just saying I wouldn't be too hard on him, he seems to genuinely mean well, and guys like this don't always quite understand how inept the rest of us are.
You can get a printout from your machines manual online it includes cutting tip selection and all settings needed depending on the thickness of steel your cutting. Your right that needs more info.
