Good Video but 2 comments to build in your excel. 1) you will agree that your max expenditure will happen from 40-45 so considering EMI, Higher education and medical. Expenses must be taken at 30% higher than at 30 age. Rise in inflation and increase in expenses both must be factored. 2) 8 % net return is high
