Thanks for the comment brother.. overlap ab bottom pe nai balkay columns k centre mai dia jaata hai.. building code ki kuch provisions change hui hain to incorporate more safety in case of earthquake.. earthquake k case mai beam column joints pe ziada forces hoti hain isliay overlap ko iss beam column k junction se door kiya jaata hai.. iss ka ye matlab nai k bottom mai overlap dena bohot ziada ghalat hai lekin recommended yehi hai k thora uper ja k dia jaiy.. or 40D nahi ab ye b ziada ho gya hai..

Thanks for the comment bro.. it's called a vibrator.. while concrete pouring there are a lot of air bubbles within the concrete.. the vibrator vibrates the system so that the air bubbles can escape from the top of concrete.. too much vibration results in segregation of concrete.. a moderate amount make the concrete less porous, more dense.. resulting in better strength..

Thanks for the comment brother.. column k size ka koi direct relation nai hota beam k size se.. span bohot bara ho ya loading ziada ho to beam ka size barhta hai or kiu k an column ko wohi load uthana hota hai to uska b thori had tak size barhta hai.. lekin beam is a flexural element.. or column ziada tar compression leta hai to column ka size bohot kam barhta hai.. @@ashbeelrashid1038 o yes.. that's around 2 meters or 6 feet ideally.. there's some recommendation from ACI about the height of the free fall to prevent segregation of concrete.. that height is around 6 feet.. but it's really hard to pour columns in two pours so usually on site it's just done till the top 😁
