Step by Step instructions on how to make communion bread so you can take part at home.
What you will need.
1 1/2 cups of Wholemeal flour
1/2 cup of plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of olive oil
2/3 cup of cold water [approx]
Method:
1. Turn on the oven and heat to 180 degrees.
2. Add flour, salt, oil and water into a bowl and stir with a fork until combined.
3. Knead until soft and elastic.
4. Roll out to about 2mm thick on baking tray and mark out squares using a knife (or pizza cutter) without cutting right through the dough.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 mins
