Hi! I am a PGWP holder and have a master’s degree (my highest education level) from an approved Alberta institution. And my high school and bachelor’s degrees are from outside Canada. Do I need to submit my all my degree certificates/transcripts including those from my high school, bachelor’s and master’s when applying AOS? Or just the relevant documents for my master’s degree are enough? Thank you!

Well yes there’s always a chance but if he needs you to continue to work for him he will have to? Why wouldn’t he agree if he gave t work? Does he only want you there for a limited time? OR are you going through a consultant?

In alberta tech pathway application: 1. My primary noc in EE has 1.3 yr of exp in canada. I got 2 promotions wjth salary hike only. Should I add three rows with different wages or only one row with last salary in the experience section? 2. For my india's expereience I got 3 promotions in 10 years and same responsibilities but different designation. One row or different rows? Noc code is diff than the primary in EE. 3. My indian reference letter does not include salary.can I add my pay slips and tax returns to proof my salary.
If your promotion changes the NoC then only you need to add separate line.. i did unique combinations for noc, location and designation but it’s upto you
Hi Manish! How much do you charge for the PR application? This program is not a point based program, is it correct? It means as long as you meet requirements you can get PR based on first come first serve, is it correct?

Hi Manish! I've just started my application process, and I have some questions. During a consultation with an immigration consultant, she advised me to obtain a police clearance certificate for both me and my husband, as well as translated birth certificates for both of us, and a translated marriage certificate. However, I can't seem to find where I need to apply for these documents, and I also can't find them in the checklist. Do you have any information on this? Thanks
Well that is what you get when you go to a consultant. They make it more complicated than it has to be. Yes you need PCC for both applicants. No You Don't need a birth certificate if you are not the child of applicants. Most Marriage Certificates have dual languages so you should be OK. But in case you are applying from a country which has a no english language marriage certificates then yes you need it . You need to provide them at the stage of responding to your ITA

Sir i had sign an offer letter in home county before come in Canada.but,is has no mention about employment duration because it was depend on work permit validity.sould i attach this offer letter or i have to make new one.

Hi Manish! In the work experience section they mentioned the total years of experience to date as i have 6 months of experience then how to write it in that section.
I'm not sure I got your question. Work Experience is at least 12 months of AB experience or 24 Months in RoW. So if you have only 6 months of experience then you need to wait. Does this answer your question?

The choice between the Alberta Tech Pathway and the Alberta Opportunity Stream depends on your specific situation. Here are some factors to consider: The Alberta Tech Pathway is designed for candidates with job offers in one of the 38 technology occupations listed by the program 12. If you have a job offer in a technology occupation that is not listed in the Accelerated Tech Pathway, you may still be eligible to apply for the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) under the Alberta Opportunity Stream (AOS) 2. However, if you are eligible for one of the programs under Express Entry, you can submit a profile to the Express Entry pool. A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker 1. Most employers need an LMIA before they can hire a temporary foreign worker 1. The LMIA application must be submitted by an employer that meets the following requirements: operates a legitimate and active business, offers goods or services to the general public, has the financial means to pay a salary to a foreign worker, can demonstrate a genuine need for a foreign worker to fill a specific position, and has not engaged in layoffs of any employees within the past 12 months preceding the LMIA application 1. However, some jobs do not need an LMIA. For instance, if you have been working full-time for the employer on your work permit for at least 1 year (or an equal amount of part-time work), your employer doesn’t need an LMIA to support your job offer 2. However under pay statements it says to upload 3 months pay statements. Does that mean that i have to wait for three months to apply? I already have experience as a Baker in my home country. Can i upload those instead?

I have already created express Entry profile but i got low score so i am planning to apply AOS myself,but I created Express Entry with consultancy i don’t have excess to check my EE updates, what if i got Nomination from AOS than My EE profile will be effective or Not.
AOS is non Express Entry related, so not sure what do you mean here. If you or your consultant has created an EE profile and AOS application, then it will be 2 different profiles. EE score dosen't impact AOS
Most of Alberta pnp programs needs job offer. Without job offer your only option is to wait for Alberta Express Entry to pickup your profile from express entry.
