Thank you so much for this man. Just few questions though. 1. How do you deal with bounced emails? Even using email cleaner like debounce, neverbounce, sometimes there are still dead emails. How will email deliverability not get affected by these bounced emails? Especially that we are to target sending thousands of emails per day. 2. What do you use in warming your smtp server?
There are few email validators that thoroughly deals with “catch all” emails and “bounce” emails. I own one of those software’s and will gladly show you the workings.

I'm stuck at the reverse DNS. it has a totally different value in the "Value" section in the cPanel. It is not my hostname, it is something different and I can't change it. Do you know how to fix this?

Thanks for this tutorial...can I use my Office365 email address to sent bulk emails but through this smtp server? Office 365 is limited to 10k emails per day and 30 message per minute. We are hoping to get replies back to our Office 365 email, setting this smtp server as partner relay will do the trick maybe?

1. You can send unlimited per day but note that you need to warm up your SMTP and build some reputation before you can send unlimited. 2. Yes it will work for SMTP to SMS

To warm up your SMTP, it's like you send 100 emails today, the following day you increase it and send 200 emails, then you keep increasing each day till you reach sending 10k or even 100k emails per day. You can use shared hosting but you can't send bulk as you want it. Shared hosting has restriction so for SMTP it's always advisable to use VPS if only you want to send bulk. But if you're aiming to send like 500 to 1000 emails per day, then you can se shared hosting
