Next time you need a screenshot in powerpoint, go to the insert tab. Then click on the screenshot option HERE. Now your cursor becomes a cross. Drag and select the area you want and you’re done!
Do you want to record things on your screen? Click on the Screen recording option HERE. Your cursor is now a cross again. Now drag and select what you want to record. Also you can decide if you want to record audio and movement of the mouse pointer too. To start recording click on the record button HERE.
To pause your recording and to stop it go to the menu and click on the button.
Once you stop the recording, you don't need to do anything else. What you recorded is automatically added to your presentation.
