Just finished the HTML CSS vids on the cohort and after barely knowing any HTML and no CSS at all I got to know a lot about them. It is very commendable of how efficiently you taught in < 2hrs. Very excited for the live classes.
The live classes haven't started yet(starting today) but the Introduction to HTML and CSS vids were very easy to understand and well made. If you want an idea of the quality of the cohort you can expect the same quality as of the youtube channel but with more in depth teaching. @@Krishnayadav-fu3uv
Hey i think i have joined the wrong cohort Harkirat Sir interchange my current cohort course to the previous already being completed cohort one which is 5999 rs/- i want to be shifted to that cohort because as you know MERN dev is on trend right now and is always a high demand in companies and i thought buying the mern course would make me a good developer but when i saw the full stack cohort i felt sad cause i wanted to buy that course and \by mistake bought this advanced sort of course i.e MERN. IS that pervios full stack cohort course's content is prett much similar to the current one?? yeah i know 100x devs cohort has more advanced stuff but i am in this confusion that whether or not that cohort is similar to current 100xdevs one??

I was wondering if you could share your one-year career transformation journey in a video for a beginner, detailing the step-by-step process from a complete beginner to landing that first IT job. If it were you starting from day 1 without any prior knowledge, what would be the sequence and structure of your plan? The structure I mean is you'd do DSA or MERN first, would you do Aws or not, when to start gsoc and what you would be doing and how would you come out with the full potential following the right structure and plan?
My question is how to find such companies, I always see you saying the company raised so and so, so how does one knows how much a company has raised and how to search for such companies like the big companies(series A+) and also for the others where can I find these companies?

Hi Harkirat. You mentioned that to contribute to the open source projects of the funded companies, first spend some time understanding the code base and then once you are comfortable and given the chance, raise some big PRs. I have seen that as many such companies have their own employees and the code is open source, they kind of gatekeep the issues which can fixed and taken up by the outside contributors. Most of them have leves like `help wanted` and `good first contributions`. labels like these are only open for outside contributors. In such case how to capitalize good issues and solve them?

i have 7 yrs of career gap now joined this cohort was ruining my life like that Animal movie ranvir lol. was writing for bank exams jobs. ab pata nhi life kya rang dikha rha hai. but i am damn sure because of my career gap i dont think i will get a job yet i'm hopeful that if i get atleast 1 yr exp in a company then things would be pretty smooth beyond that

To be honest, cohort only teaches you the skills needed for doing the job not getting into. You have to be good at writing a GSOC proposal to and selecting org and there are many things to consider

Does that not cause an issue? Working for a Talent network partime, full time employer will get mad and fire us. They know it based on pancard.. not sure if this really works..
I have one question what to do about companies who have partially open-sources their code like you can't really clone the project and run locally they have just put some algo or components of their code and you basically don't know where to start or you wonder is this component really useful or company really using it because I often find myself in this situation with multiple companies so what to do in that case ? any solution for that?
after getting 2.5 years of experience as a frontend dev i feel useless in the job market. I worked aggressively in one of the big MNCs. Skills that i used are saturated now. i.e. HTML CSS JS React. Everyone is learning MERN stack now even ppl who have non-coding bgs. Being a CS grad, i think I should leave this space and get some harder skills where saturation is lesser. Any suggestions?
