Also he doesn't mention how Korver has worse shooting numbers in the finals because the defense has to guard him way closer than Iggy. Iggy plays with 3 of the best shooters in the league, defense usually leaves him wide open.

Daniel Terry I give credit to the Rockets. They were up in his grill the whole game. I agree with Chris Broussard Curry is that X factor. You heard the stats when KD scores 40+ with Curry off the court they have a losing record. When he scores that much with Curry on the court they’re barely 500 team. As long as the Rockets can shut Curry & slow down Klay they got a chance.

Im not disagreeing with u im disagreeing with Chris B. He bringing up plus/minus for steph and i thought that was irrelevant during the 4th and OT. Steph blew it becuase he took the ball out of the hot guy's hands buy jackn up shots when he was already in a slump. I know shooters shoot but shoot out of your slump another time especially when u got a guy going off. Rockets had iman making 3's, tucker crashing the boards, gordon with 20 at the half,cp3 moving the ball,and harden dropped 40 yet the warriors would have still won with steph and klay shooting poorly and no bench help if they juat get out of KD's way

Chris is absolutely right, I noticed the way they were playing too.. There were a few games in the postseason the last 2 Playoffs where they played similar and they struggled. Skip forgets these players are HUMAN. Curry twisted his ankle and dislocated his finger, made no excuses and was still out there playing. But in Skip's world these players have to be absolutely flawless at all times or else he jumps down their throats smfh.. Granted, Curry did play a bad offensive game.. But he did other things to help the team. I knew they were in trouble when he missed 2 FTs though.. ALSO.. Curry doesn't "shrink" in the postseason. They play him with more strategy. They double and triple team steph.. They pick him up with full court pressure, play him physically and smother him on defense. Of course he's going to have turnovers when you are in those situations.

Wooow. KD being dominant is the reason Steph missed layups and had bad shot selection. A dominant KD is now bad when they were saying KD should forget the offense and attack the mismatch against the Clippers. Is it Steph's team or nah? They can talk about how KD performs in regular season games when Steph (and Draymond...their two playmakers) doesn't play but Game 3 with a chance to lay the hammer on Houston they dismiss how bad Steph played in crunch time. The number one player usually gets the criticism in a loss 🤷‍♂️.

He'll put 1 scorer on floor with Looney, Livingston, McKinnie, they arent great scorers. There should always be some combination of KD, Curry, Klay and Green on the floor. The bench scored 7 pts, where's Cook, Jerebko those are the best bench scorers and they dont play.

Bruh in the past 4 years steph averaged 28 points in the 2015 playoffs, 25 points in the 2016 playoffs, 28 points in the 2017 playoffs, and 25 in the 2018 playoffs. This postseason is a down year so far and he’s averaging 22 points a game. He’s also 9th on the all time points per game list for the playoffs so I would say that’s pretty consistent

@@mike_small7833 I agree and those stats are averages; off-the-top from what I remember watching Steph in the playoffs since 2015, he goes on and off and beyond the scoring, performance can be inconsistent due to carelessness like certain moves or passes he does. I'm a fan, just pointing out minor flaws. To better word it, Steph can be pretty consistent in the post-season, not that he necessarily is overall
