Charge the mom!! She lied in interviews and she was so negligent. This abuse was going on for years. She was entirely native. The grand jury found the evidence support a 1st degree charge. I will be super interested to hear what they have to support that it was premeditated.

I still think Mum knew, even IF she was scared of him, Maddie was her daughter, she’d of KNOWN any changes, body changed, behaviour, HIS behaviour etc, regardless of whether you’re a victim of DV (I’ve been there I know) YOUR KIDS come first!!! I had to get out of a dv situation, and I got my kids out 1st, I gave them to my parents whilst I planned my getaway.
